Australian studio MMP Architects has recently completed HP Tree House, a residence in a secluded and forested site in Australia. The Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) has awarded this rainforest tree house as the 2012 House of the Year.
This low maintenance and environmentally friendly home takes into consideration prime vantage points of the surrounding lush scenery by including walls made entirely of glass, wrap-around porches to experience the outdoors and viewing points to see some of the city lights in the distance.
